About these terms

These terms cover your use of the INTENSE LABEL website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site is run by INTENSE LABEL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16561016). You can contact us at intense.techno@outlook.com.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, listen and share links. Please don’t:

  • use the site for anything unlawful
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
  • scrape or copy its content in bulk
  • upload or send anything harmful, such as malware

Music, artwork and branding

The music, artwork, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us, our artists or their licensors. Audio previews are for personal listening on this site only. Downloading, re-uploading, sampling, broadcasting or redistributing any of it needs our written permission. This doesn’t apply to products you buy from our store, which will come with their own licence.

Sending demos

These terms apply to any demo you send us, however you send it, including through our Google demo form. By sending a demo you confirm it’s your own work, that any samples in it are cleared, and that you’re happy for us to listen to it, store it and share it within the label to consider it.

Sending a demo doesn’t transfer any rights to us or create any agreement or obligation between us, including any obligation to reply. Any release would be under a separate written agreement. We receive a lot of music and may already be working on, or later release, music that’s similar to yours. That doesn’t mean we’ve used your demo.

How we handle the personal details you send with a demo is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Store

The store isn’t open yet and nothing can be bought through it. Terms of sale will be published before any product goes on sale, and our Refund Policy explains your cancellation and refund rights.

Other sites

We link to streaming platforms, stores, pre-save pages and social media. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep release details, dates and links correct, but they can change. The site is free to use, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

If we break these terms or are negligent, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that, but not for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable. If you use the site for business, for example as a promoter or for press, we aren’t responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store in your browser in our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

If part of these terms doesn’t apply

If a court decides any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the consumer protections of the law where you live.
